I began supervising parenting time in 2001 when I started my career in child protection social work.  I was responsible for coordinating visitation for parents of children involved in protective custody.  These children had been removed from their homes due to concerns of abuse and neglect.  In these visits, we ensured positive and safe interactions, provided parent coaching and offered constructive role modeling.  

 

In 2003 I became a Child Protection Caseworker, where my responsibilities with the families increased to developing treatment plans, completing risk and safety assessments, writing court reports, testifying in court and collaborating with service providers to ensure parents and children got the help they needed. Substance abuse, mental health, domestic violence, physical and sexual abuse were common risk factors of the families on my caseload.

I proudly dedicated over ten years as a social worker before leaving Colorado to experience living abroad. Upon my return, I started my business as a Professional Supervised Visitation Provider. I I have a team of experienced providers. We supervise parenting time in families’ homes and in the community and are proud to offer a non-judgmental, unbiased approach to serving family’s needs.
