SERVICES

“I believe very strongly that your services made a huge impact and impression around my children.  They always felt safe and that was because of you and how you operate your business, so I appreciate that so much."

                                                                                                                                                -Mother of two

During your initial phone call to Blue Sky Supervised Visitation, I will help answer any questions you have and explain the process.  I will ask you to email or fax a copy of the court order and will then schedule an intake appointment with each parent, separately, to review the parenting time agreement and program guidelines.  Once this has been completed by both parties, we will set up a parenting time schedule and location that meets everybody’s needs and visits can begin immediately.

For more information on the fees for services provided, please call and I will be happy to help answer any of your questions.

SUPERVISED VISITATION

Supervised Visitation, also known as Supervised Parenting Time, is offered in the community or in the home. Community visits include parks, picnics, restaurants, bowling alleys, libraries, museums and other family-friendly locations.  In-Home visits allow the flexibility of cooking a home- made meal, and playing with familiar games and toys.  This option creates a familiar and comfortable visit setting for the parent and child.  In either setting, the visitation provider will be within ear shot and eyesight of the parent and child contact and will intervene when necessary to ensure appropriate parent/child interactions.  Court orders may determine restrictions on where parenting time takes place.

MONITORED VISITATION

Monitored Visitation, also known as Monitored Parenting Time, or Intermittent Visitation is less restrictive than supervised parenting time, in that the visitation provider only appears at the beginning of the visit, the end of the visit, and periodically in between.  This ensures that the family has oversight during their time together to make sure all is well, but does not require continuous supervision.

Observation Notes

Observation notes will be taken by the provider during each visit and will be emailed to both parties.  These visit notes are included in the parenting time fee and can be shared with legal counsel as needed. The visit notes are objective and report factual events-what is seen and heard during the parent-child interaction.
